VioletNexus VioletNexus LLC Empowering Business!

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 20, 2025

Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how VioletNexus, LLC (the “Platform”, “we”, “us”) and each participating business using our platform (each a “Tenant”) collect, use, and share information on Tenant websites hosted by VioletNexus, including https://www.violetnexus.com and any Tenant domains or subdomains (collectively, the “Services” or “Tenant Sites”).

Information we collect

Information you provide to a Tenant Site (for example): account, profile, and order details (name, email, phone, shipping/billing address, order history), content you submit (contact forms, support requests, reviews, uploads). Payment details are handled by third-party processors; VioletNexus and most Tenants do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically: device and usage data (IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, referrers, timestamps), cookies and similar technologies (to enable sign-in, carts, preferences, analytics, and security), and infrastructure logs for delivery, security, and performance.

Information from third parties: payment and fraud-prevention partners (e.g., transaction status), and optional integrations enabled by the Tenant (e.g., email marketing tools, social sign-in).

Multi-tenant isolation: We logically segregate data by Tenant. Data from one Tenant Site is not visible to another Tenant unless explicitly instructed by the controlling Tenant or required by law.

How we use information

Tenant purposes (controller/business): provide the Tenant Site and features (ecommerce, bookings, contact forms, galleries, blogs), fulfill orders, provide customer support, send transactional messages (e.g., confirmations, shipping updates) and—where permitted or with consent—marketing messages; comply with legal obligations and enforce terms.

VioletNexus purposes (processor/service provider to Tenants; controller for platform ops): host, operate, secure, and troubleshoot Tenant Sites; provide analytics configuration and performance monitoring as directed by Tenants; prevent fraud/abuse; improve and develop the platform. When acting as a processor/service provider, we process data only on the Tenant’s instructions.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the Services, including with:

Cookies & similar technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for essential functions (authentication, security, cart/checkout, preferences), performance and analytics, and—only if enabled by a Tenant and permitted by law—marketing/ads. Cookies are generally scoped per domain (e.g., a Tenant’s custom domain). You can control cookies in your browser; blocking some cookies may impact functionality.

Your choices & rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, object/restrict processing, and manage marketing/cookie preferences.

If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time (this will not affect processing that has already occurred). You can opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link.

California (CCPA/CPRA): VioletNexus acts as a service provider for Tenants on Tenant Sites. We do not sell or “share” (for cross-context behavioral advertising) your personal information in this context.

EEA/UK/Swiss: Where VioletNexus acts as a processor, the Tenant is your controller. Where VioletNexus is a controller (platform operations), we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, or legal obligation, as applicable.

International data transfers

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are used for cross-border transfers.

Data retention

Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, least-privilege access controls, segmentation, monitoring, and regular backups. No system is 100% secure; we maintain incident response processes and will notify where required by law.

Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age.

Third-party links & features

Tenant Sites may link to third-party sites or include third-party widgets (e.g., social media, maps, video). Your interactions with those features are governed by the third parties’ privacy policies.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date, and Tenants may provide additional notice where required. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
